Daily line-ups (now with added accuracy)

As promised, we've posted the daily line-ups below. We've amended them from the frankly incorrect info we posted over the weekend. Things may still change slightly, subject to illness, transport issues, artistic temperament, and the whims of the gods, but that's how it's looking at the moment - pretty good, eh?

Also we've added Heavy Petting Zoo to the line-up, but we can't find a website, myface, spacebook, youtube or anything similar, so we haven't added them to the list of links on the right hand side. Sorry guys, nothing personal, drop us a line if you've got something we can link to. For anyone who's not familiar with the Zoo (as everyone calls them) - they rock like mothers (I believe that's the phrase the kids are using these days).

Only a few weeks to go now, and we're getting excited - how about you?

A bit more news

Hey hey,

We've added the really rather good Ceri Frost to the line-up, click the link in the line-up list on the right for more info.

We'd also like to mention (so we will mention it) that single-day tickets are available - although you all want to come for the whole 3 days, right? They're priced at £20 for adults and £12.50 for teenagers (13 - 17 years). That's a bargain in anyone's book.

We'll be back a little later today with the lowdown on who's confirmed so far to be playing each day. Stay tuned...

More news

Hey pop pickers - sorry we've been so quiet of late on the blogging front, but we've not been idle. It's hard work organising a festival, you know. To prove we've not just been sitting around with our feet up, we're pleased to announce some fantastic additions to the festival line-up :

Sibrydion
Threatmantics
H Hawkline
Sweet Benfica
Peter Bruntnell
Colorama
No Thee No Ess
Right Hand Left Hand
Last Republic

And there's more to come! All these bands have been added to the line-up list on the right hand side of this page - click the links for more info.

It's sounding pretty damn good, even if we say so ourselves. We'll be back soon with more news. Don't you go changing.

2011 - Bigger and better!

Howdy people,

We're pleased to announce the second annual Rheola Festival, bigger and better than our inaugural event last year. Three days, two music stages, a comedy stage, DJs, a gigantic beer tent, food stalls, lots more entertainment, and camping in the beautiful Rheola estate in the Neath Valley. Hopefully there'll be some sunshine too (not guaranteed)

The confirmed line-up (so far) is :

The Keys, The Sixteen Tonnes, Y Niwl, One Sixth of Tommy, Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog, Houdini Dax, By The Sea, White Noise Sound, The Bare Bones Trio, Jen Jeniro, John Mouse, The Jesus Loves Heroin Band, Zervas and Pepper, Buffalo Summer, El Goodo, The Method, Son Capson, Dutch Barn, Black Coast Rodeo, Amber Canyon, Whitefern Mountain String Band, Gramercy Riffs.

Sounds great already, but we'll be adding even more acts in the near future, and we have a few surprises up our sleeves. Keep an eye on this blog for more info and updates.

Incredibly reasonably-priced early bird tickets are available for £50 (adults), and £30 (13-17 year olds). Ticket price includes camping from Thursday 28th July. Bargain. (Children under 13 get in for free, as long as they bring a grown-up to hold their hand)

It promises to be a great weekend. Stay tuned for updates.
